Benefits of Becoming a Member
In addition to competitive salaries, Central offers an extensive array of benefits to eligible members.
Central offers comprehensive Health Insurance which includes medical, dental, vision, hospitalization, and prescription drug coverage. Members are provided with an opportunity to save for their future through a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, and Central also has a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help members and their immediate family members with personal challenges.
To assist members in reducing their out-of-pocket costs for certain expenses, Central offers a Flexible Spending Account (for both non-prescription health care and dependent care expenses), a Premium Only Plan (which allows members to pay for their health insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars), and a Tuition Reimbursement Program (for continuing education).
Central offers up to four weeks of paid vacation time off per calendar year, plus paid holidays, paid personal time, and paid sick time. Central closes early every Friday to give members an early start on their weekends, and Central has a companywide Summer Hours work schedule to give members more leisure time in the warmer months.

Training & Development
The growth and professional development of members is taken very seriously at Central Semiconductor Corp. Central is dedicated to all members' professional development through ongoing training and development. Central's on-the-job training programs span up to six months, giving members the opportunity to earn while they learn. In addition to a Tuition Reimbursement Program, members may also attend external seminars and in-house workshops on a wide variety of topics, all designed to help enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Fun and Activities at Central
Each year a variety of Company events are hosted by Central, from summer family picnics and holiday parties to departmental luncheons. Central is always looking for new ways to recognize members' hard work and contributions to the company's success.
Supporting the community is also an integral part of Central's mission.
